Stockholm is growing rapidly. Northern Djurgårdsstaden is one of Europe’s most extensive urban development areas. A total of at least 12,000 new homes and 35,000 new jobs are planned. Norra Djurgårdsstaden has also been designated as one of Stockholm’s environmentally profiled areas and is also included as a project within the Clinton Foundation’s global climate-positive development project. In 2015 and 2016, InventiAir was given the opportunity to deliver the floor diffuser Home to the Balconies. InventiAir’s innovative technology improves the indoor climate while reducing operating costs. The balcony houses were a supply air solution via floors where the fixtures were cast into concrete floor joists. This resulted in clean and good looking ceilings which can be an excellent solution at low ceiling heights.
